I was captivated by the indoor basalt pool bathed in natural light — a true retreat. The whole setting is stunning, surrounded by vineyards with a privileged view of Pico Mountain. Here, time really seems to slow down, between moments of relaxation, silence and contemplation of the landscape.

The highlight was undoubtedly the visit to the underground winery, where the winemaker explained the entire production process. The wine bar with its terrace invited long afternoon conversations, always accompanied by the house’s excellent wines. The spa and massages were the perfect complement.
